There is no contact form here on purpose — a form means collecting and storing what you type, and the whole point of this site is that we do not do that. Email works fine.
What to include, by topic
A code that will not scan
Tell us the QR type, the content length, the phone and app you tested with, and whether it failed on screen or only in print. That is usually enough to identify the cause.
A missing QR type
If you need a format we do not support yet — PayPal, crypto, EPC payment codes, app store routing — say what the payload should look like and where you have seen it work.
Privacy and data requests
We hold almost nothing, but ask anyway and we will tell you exactly what exists. Advertising data held by Google has to be requested from Google directly.
Security reports
Please report vulnerabilities privately rather than opening a public issue. Include reproduction steps and we will confirm receipt within a few days.
